The KMCT Medical College was established in 2008. It is affiliated to KUHS and approved by the Medical council of India. The student intake at 2008 was 100 but from the academic year 2016, this has been increased to 150. Post Graduate Degree Course in Orthopedics was started in the academic year 2015-16 with 2 seats.

KMCT Ayurveda Medical College
KMCT Ayurveda Medical College was established in the year 2006 for imparting quality education to the aspirants of Ayurveda with a student intake of 50. The College is affiliated to KUHS and approved by the Central Council of Indian Medicine. The College has a 100 bedded hospital with OPD and IPD blocks with all Ayurvedic specialization.

The KMCT School of Nursing was established in the year 2005. The School is recognized by the Kerala Nursing and Midwifery Council. The School offers three and a half year Diploma Course in General Nursing and Midwifery.

The National College of Pharmacy was established in 1996. The College is affiliated to KUHS and approved by the Pharmacy Council of India, AICTE and Govt. of Kerala. This was the first institute started by the KMCT Group. The National College of Pharmacy has earned its name as the leading pharmacy college in the region with its excellent facilities, dedicated faculty, and enviable placement record. The College has been on the forefront on imparting pharmacy education for the past two decades. The College started the six-year Pharm D course in 2010 and is the first Institute in Kerala for Pharm D.
