Dr. Ayisha Nasreen

Taking over the reigns as Trustee and Director at KMCT Group of Institutions since 2021, Dr. Ayisha has established herself as the rock hold support to all the activities that run the group as a whole. A centralized control with a decentralized action plan has been her trump card which reflects in all spheres of operations at KMCT. Her core idea is to enhance the services already available at KMCT to higher levels of quality and set her own standards that focus on ease of operations, freedom of opinions and thoughtful actions.

She takes time to recruit the best possible candidates only as faculty members and staff members thereby ensuring a deep sense of quality at grass root level. She also takes time to listen to problems faced by each college so as to provide thoughtful and meaningful solutions to all. She believes providing comfortable working environment to all is of prime priority to ensure maximum positive output and takes care of all infrastructural needs of each college and also interferes in the system when found faulty. All these have definitely proved her mettle and she is an active support to the people around her.

Even though she has her wings spread across all sections of operations at KMCT Group of Institutions, she takes a keen interest in running the dental college specifically since she is a dentist by qualification and currently functions as its director as well. Due to this there is an imprint of her work at every aspect of KMCT Dental College and this is quite evident in the recently attained NAAC A+ Grade in the 1^st cycle of accreditation itself, at KMCT Dental College which is, the first of its kind in dental colleges in the whole of India.
